Legha Designs currently sells made-to-order pins and pendants as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, recurring deliveries, deferred-payment pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. Payment for an order is collected at checkout.

To request cancellation before your order is fulfilled, contact us through the contact form on our website and include your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, please follow our Return and Refund Policy for return or refund requests.

Estimated dispatch is 1–3 weeks, with estimated overall order-to-delivery time of 2–6 weeks. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
