Custom Requests

Custom design and product requests are available. Please include a description of what you are looking for, your preferred colours or finishes, and any relevant reference images.

Custom requests are reviewed individually and may be subject to minimum quantities, additional fees, and extended preparation times.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending any item back.
