Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, fill the form in the "Contact Us" page before sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Legha Designs is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Custom, personalized and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Minor variations in colour, finish, stone placement and detailing resulting from manufacturing or hand-finishing are normal and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
