Actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing process.

Minor variations in finish, colour, stone placement, measurements, weight, and detailing may occur due to manufacturing and hand-finishing. Product images are for reference, and the product received may not be identical in every detail. These minor variations are not considered defects.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability may be changed without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Shipping restrictions

• Errors affecting the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Processing and Shipping

Processing and dispatch times vary by product.

Most products require approximately 2–4 weeks for processing and logistics before shipment. Certain made-to-order, customized, or specially prepared products may require approximately 6–10 weeks before shipment.

The timeframe displayed on the applicable product page forms part of your order. Carrier transit time begins after the order has been dispatched and is additional to our processing timeframe.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supplier, carrier, customs, weather, labour disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing products with different processing times may be shipped together based on the longest applicable timeframe unless otherwise arranged.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

6. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within the stated return period. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom, personalized, and final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect their order after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@leghadesigns.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We may request additional information before providing a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, text, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Legha Designs and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, copy, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights associated with its design or presentation.
